Refund Policy for Digital Marketing Services

  • Consultations and Services: Once you have booked a consultation or digital marketing service with us, you may request to cancel or reschedule your booking. Refunds for services are subject to the following terms:

    • If you cancel the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund.

    • If you cancel the service less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

    • If the service has already been provided, no refund will be issued.

    • If you are dissatisfied with the service after it is delivered, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to resolve any issues.

 

Refund Policy for Study and Video Materials

  • Due to the digital nature of our study materials and video content, all sales are final once the purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads or video content under any circumstances unless otherwise stated.

  • Defective Products: In the rare case that you receive a defective or corrupted file, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date. We will work with you to provide a replacement or resolve any issues with the material.
